                     City Council Reconsideration of the Circumstances of the Declared COVID-19 Emergency to Facilitate Remote Attendance at Public Meetings by Councilmembers and Other City Legislators Pursuant to AB 361’s Special Teleconferencing Requirements (City Attorney Barrow).

                     Consideration of a Resolution Approving an Agreement with HF&H Consultants, LLC. To Conduct an SB 1383 Grant-Funded Gap Analysis Regarding New Statewide Organic Waste Regulations (Public Works Director Lee).

                     Approval of a Purchase of “Circles” Sculpture by CJ Rench, and Appropriate $25,000 from the Public Art Trust Fund (Parks and Recreation Director Leyman).

                     Purchase of Lights for Polliwog Park Site Lighting Replacement Project (Public Works Director Lee).

                     Conduct Public Hearing and Adoption of two Ordinances to Amend Title 9 and Chapter 3.16 of the Manhattan Beach Municipal Code and to Adopt the Most Recent California Building Standards Code by reference (2022 California Building Code; 2022 California Residential Code; 2022 California Fire Code; 2022 California Electrical Code; 2022 California Plumbing Code; 2022 California Green Building Standards Code; 2022 California Energy Code; 2022 California Mechanical Code; 2022 California Existing Building Code; 2022 California Historical Building Code; 2022 California Administrative Code; 2022 California Referenced Standards Code) and Adopt Associated Local Amendments (Community Development Director Tai and Fire Chief Lang).

                     Conduct a Public Hearing Regarding the Proposed Use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funds for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 as Required by the Federal Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Program and Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the Allocation of the CDBG Funds (Public Works Director Lee).
