Recommended Action
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that City Council adopt Resolution No. 21-0017:

1. Approving a Funding Agreement, Program Supplement to Administering Agency-State Agreement, between the State of California (State) and City of Manhattan Beach (City) for $40,000 to fund the development of LRSP Project.

2. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the Funding Agreement and any subsequent administrative amendments.

3. Approving an appropriation of $45,000 in expenditures and $40,000 in revenues in the Streets and Highways Fund (Fund 205) for the LRSP Project.

FISCAL IMPLICATIONS:
The City was awarded $40,000 in LRSP Program funds for the LRSP Project. These funds will be paid by the State to the City on a reimbursement basis. The City is required to provide matching funds of $5,000 for the project. An appropriation for $45,000 in expenditures from the Streets and Highways Fund in is required for this new project, as well as an adjustment for $40,000 in revenues to account for the LRSP program reimbursement.
