On July 24, 2019, the Planning Commission considered the item described below. 

 

Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map No. 82600 for Three New Residential Condominium Units- 1843 11th Street (Golden Hills Land, LLC/Widmann)

 

On April 16, 2019, the Community Development Department received an application for a Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map for a new three-unit residential condominium project located at 1843 11th Street.

 

One letter was received from a neighbor who expressed concern about added density in the neighborhood. No other public comment was received. By a 5:0 vote the Planning Commission unanimously approved the Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map for the new three-unit residential condominium project.

STAFF’S RECOMMENDATION: APPROVE PROJECT WITH CONDITIONS

 

Planning Commission quasi-judicial decisions can be called up for review if a form is filed by two Councilmembers or appealed by any member of the public within 15 days of the decision. The appeal period for these items ends on August 8, 2019. For all requests for review, it shall be presumed that the reason for the request is that the decision may have significant and material effects on the quality of life within the City, or that the subject matter of the decision may have Citywide importance warranting review and determination by City's elected officials. Bias shall not be presumed or inferred due to a request for review.
