Recommended Action
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 18-0161:

1) Awarding a construction contract to Elecnor Belco Electric Inc. (Belco) for $263,572 and authorizing the City Manager to execute the contract;
2) Authorizing the City Manager to approve additional work, if necessary, for up to $26,428;
3) Approving the plans and specifications for the Pedestrian Safety Improvements Project on Highland Ave at 34th, 35th and 36th Streets, and on Manhattan Beach Blvd. at Morningside Dr. (Attachment); and
4) Approving the re-appropriation of the following funds to the Pedestrian Safety Improvements Project on Highland Ave at 34th, 35th and 36th Streets, and on Manhattan Beach Blvd. at Morningside Dr.:
a. $40,000 from the FY14/15 to FY18/19 ...
