Recommended Action
On September 12, 2018, the Planning Commissioned considered the items described below:

a) Use Permit and Vesting Tentative Parcel Map for a Three-Unit Residential Condominium Project at 1823 11th Street (1823-1827 11th St. MB, LLC/Cleland)

On May 30th, 2018, an application was received from Dennis Cleland on behalf of 1823-1827 11th St. MB, LLC to build a three-unit residential condominium project that would meet all code requirements. On September 12, 2018, the Planning Commission considered and adopted a Resolution approving the project along with the conditions of approval.
