Recommended Action

RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends that City Council adopt Resolution No. 18-0075 approving an amendment to the Use Permit for the 900 Club, 900 Manhattan Avenue.

BACKGROUND:

On May 1, 2018, the City Council conducted a public hearing to consider a request by the 900 Club to amend conditions of the Use Permit, and directed staff to prepare a resolution approving an extension to the operating hours of the 900 Club (upstairs only) on Thursday nights from 12:00 midnight to 1:00 AM with conditions, including physical alterations to the building, increase in the number of special events to 24 per year, and a one-year review.

A noticed public hearing was conducted.
