On October 25, 2017, the Planning Commission considered the item described below.
Site Development Permit for Demolition of 8 Apartment Units and Construction of Eleven Residential Apartment Units Located at 1214 Tennyson Street (Obelisk Architects)
On May 10, 2017, an application was received for a Site Development Permit to accommodate a primary 3-story building containing eleven residential units and on-grade parking, and a detached rear garage. The City’s Zoning Code requires Site Development Permit approval for apartment projects of six or more units.
