RECOMMENDATION:
The attached minutes are for City Council approval.
Also, please note that at the September 19, 2017 City Council meeting, the City Council adopted the September 5, 2017 City Council Regular meeting minutes. Staff is recommending that the City Council approve the amended minutes attached which includes additional language in red (see the September 5, 2017 meeting minutes, Page No. 6, Item No. 6).
