Recommended Action
RECOMMENDATION:
Reschedule Public Hearing to Tuesday, May 6, 2014.
Body
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS:
None as result of this action.

BACKGROUND:

Staff advises that if that decision is made this evening, there is sufficient time to provide appropriate notice. Two alternative planned adjourned regular meeting dates were also considered: 1) April 22, 2014, which is set for Commission and Board appointment interviews; 2) April 29, 2014, which has a number of others items scheduled such as the Six Month review of Meeting Management and Open Government, and the discussion of a possible Sunshine Ordnance, among other topics.

CONCLUSION:
In order to encourage participation in the Manhattan Village Mall ...
