Recommended Action
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council waive further reading and adopt Ordinance No. 13-0017 amending Manhattan Beach Municipal Code Sections 14.40.010 (Twenty-four minute parking or indefinite period), 14.40.030 (One hour parking), 14.40.040 (Two hour parking), and 14.44.020 (Curb markings to indicate no stopping and parking regulations).

BACKGROUND:
At the August 20,2013, City Council meeting, City Council waived further reading and introduced Ordinance No. 13-0017 amending Manhattan Beach Municipal Code Sections 14.40.010 (Twenty-four minute parking or indefinite period), 14.40.030 (One hour parking), 14.40.040 (Two hour parking), and 14.44.020 (Curb markings to indicate no stopping and parking regulations).
CONCLUSION:
Staff recommends that the City Council waive further reading and adopt Ordinance No. 13-0017.
