RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council, by motion, take action to approve the City Council Adjourned Regular Meeting - Closed Session Minutes of December 2, 2014.
Please note that the minutes for the December 2, 2014, Regular City Council Meeting is being continued to a future meeting due to City Council's request to provide detailed minutes regarding the Manhattan Village Mall Enhancement Project. Staff anticipates the approval of the December 2, 2014, minutes to be agendized on the January 20, 2015, City Council Agenda.
