RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council conduct the second reading and adopt Ordinance No. 15-0013.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS:
There are no direct fiscal implications associated with this item.
BACKGROUND:
At the June 16 City Council meeting, Council introduced Ordinance No. 15-0013 amending Municipal Code Section 4.48.090 - "Limited alcoholic beverage use on public property - Special permit."
DISCUSSION:
Ordinance No. 15-0013 is returning to the City Council for second reading and adoption.
CONCLUSION:
Staff recommends that the City Council conduct second reading and adopt Ordinance 15-0013.
