The City Council of the City of Manhattan Beach does Hereby Proclaim April 2026 as National Poetry Month and Recognizes the City of Manhattan Beach Parks and Recreation Department’s Older Adults Program in Acknowledging the Following Students for Receiving the 2026 Circle Award for Excellence in Poetry Composition
