RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 25-0031 ordering the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, and the engineer's report for the annual renewal of the Landscaping and Lighting District for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-2026, pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972.
