On June 24, 2026, the Planning Commission considered the item described below.

1. Master Use Permit Amendment ("MUPA") to allow the on-site sale and service of beer and wine in conjunction with food service at a new eating and drinking establishment, including a new outdoor dining patio with hours of operation until 11:00 p.m. daily, located at 451 Manhattan Beach Boulevard, Suite B102

On January 20, 2026, the Community Development Department received an application from Pietro Brembilla, on behalf of Sogno Toscano, requesting a Master Use Permit Amendment to allow the on-site sale and service of beer and wine in conjunction with food service at a new eating and drinking establishment, including a new outdoor dining patio operating until 11:00 p.m., located at 451 Manhattan Beach Boulevard, Suite B102. On June 24, 2026, the Planning Commission held a duly-noticed public hearing to consider the request. The Commission received a report from City staff and testimony from the applicant and from the public, which expressed support for the proposed project. After closing the public hearing, the Planning Commission voted 4-0 to approve the Master Use Permit Amendment and found the project exempt from further environmental review pursuant to CEQA.
