RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council open the public hearing, offer the public an opportunity to speak, and then continue the public hearing to the June 16, 2026 regular City Council meeting.
BACKGROUND:
On May 21, 2026, a notice was published in The Beach Reporter notifying the public of a public hearing for this item at the June 2, 2026, City Council meeting. Staff recommends that, by order of the chair, the Mayor continue the public hearing to the June 16, 2026, City Council meeting.
