RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the City Council ratify the attached list of City Council assignments.

There are no fiscal implications associated with the recommended action.
BACKGROUND:
It has been the discretionary responsibility of each Mayor to review the standing list of City Councilmember assignments to the City's various government and community-related committees.
Following the most recent City Council reorganization, the updated City Council assignments list was included on the March 19,2013, agenda. The City Council also directed that staff place on a future agenda a strike-though version showing changes that had been made.
DISCUSSION:
The attached list reflects the designated changes provided by the Mayor and will remain in effect until the next City Council reorganization, which takes place on December 3, 2013.
Also attached is a description of assignments and committees.
