Recommended Action
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council designate the following, with Voting Authority at the 2025 League of California Cities Annual Conference:

* Mayor David Lesser as the Voting Delegate
* Mayor Pro Tem Joe Franklin as a Voting Delegate - Alternate
* Councilmember Nina Tarnay as a Voting Delegate - Alternate

Staff further recommends that the City Council authorize the chosen Voting Delegate (Mayor Lesser), and if necessary, Voting Alternates (Mayor Pro Tem Franklin or Councilmember Tarnay), to vote in the best interest of the City regarding the proposed resolution(s) being considered at the League of California Cities (LOCC) Conference Annual Business Meeting on October 10, 2025.

FISCAL IMPLICATIONS:
Adequate funds are available in the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 budget for the related costs associated with the annual League of California Cities conference.
