ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 12-6405
Body
_____________________________________________________________________
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 12-6405 approving a variance to enclose a balcony above the height limit at an existing three-family residence at 2505 Crest Drive

FISCAL IMPLICATIONS:
There are no fiscal implications associated with the recommended action.

DISCUSSION:
The City Council, at its regular meeting of September 18, 2012, voted (4-1, Lesser dissenting) to approve a variance request for an upper addition above the height limit, filling in 53 square feet of deck area. The Planning Commission had denied the request, but the City Council supported the property owner's appeal application. Staff has prepared the attached resolution of approval for the City Council's adoption.
